Driftwell Refund Policy

We want you to love your Driftwell Sleep Mask. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

• Return window: 30 days from the delivery date
• Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories (charging cable, manual) included
• How to start a return: Email mjb@wellrestsleep.com with your order number, and we'll send return instructions
• Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
• Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required
• Who pays return shipping: Customer covers return shipping for non-defective returns; we cover it for defective/incorrect items
